IME records exchanges of commodities valued at USD482M in one week
(MENAFN) Throughout the last Iranian calendar week (ended on Friday), 2,094,115 tons of commodities valued at USD482million were exchanged at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME).
As mentioned by the IME’s report Public Relations and International Affairs Department, the exchange sold on its metals and minerals exchange floor 1.677 million tons of commodities worth around USD269 million
On this floor the IME traded 866,110 tons of cement, 460,000 tons of iron ore, 235,974 tons of steel, 61,500 tons of sponge iron, 36,025 tons of zinc, 13,350 tons of aluminum, 5,729 tons of copper, 30 tons of molybdenum concentrate, 30 tons of precious metals concentrate as well as 12 kg of gold bars.
Commodities exchanged on this floor compromised of 82,507 tons of polymeric outputs, 87,000 tons of vacuum bottom, 49,000 tons of lube cut, 39,761 tons of chemicals, 2,625 tons of sulfur, 5,737 tons of base oil, 200 tons of insulation as well as 137,729 tons of bitumen.
