Saudi Dar Al Arkan, Trump Organization ink contract to improve resort in Oman
(MENAFN) Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan has inked a deal with previous US Leader Donald Trump’s firm to grow its USD4 billion venture in Oman, it stated in a report on the Tadawul on Sunday.
The Trump resort is going to contain housing villas, a hotel as well as a golf course. It is going to be sited at Aida, a 100-meter-high hilltop venture mutually established by Dar Al Arkan as well as the Oman Tourism Development Co.
The venture is going to be improved for more than a decade on a land mass of 3.5 million square meters and is anticipated to amount to a mutual fund of SR6 billion (USD1.59 billion), the filing noted.
“We are always looking to enhance Dar Al Arkan's unique projects with premium facilities and experiences. Our partnership with Trump will distinguish our first venture in Oman and put it on the global map,” as stated by Yousef Al Shelash, head of Dar Al Arkan, in a company announcement.
