Saudi bourse closes Wednesday’s session at 10,323

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All share Index on Wednesday dropped flat to end at 10,276.94 points, soaring between a peak of 10,323.38 standing at 10:10 AM Riyadh time and a worse of 10,252.81 at 2.03 p.m.

It also recorded a decrease of 8.91 percent or 1,004.77 points in its year-to-date data.

The lackluster display was major in the Gulf Cooperation Council area, where all the indices apart from one ended unaffected. Qatar share Exchange Index closed 33 points up to end at 10,997.70 points.

“TASI moved sideways after the market traded in a tight range in line with the rest of the GCC markets that witnessed marginal changes during the day,” Junaid Ansari, chief of investment strategy and research at Kamco Invest, informed Arab News.

The advance-decline level, on the other hand, bucked the trend as 136 shares of the recorded 221 earned whereas 64 dropped. The overall exchanging turnover stood at SR3.54 billion (USD940 million), decreasing from Tuesday’s SR4.29 billion.
