    King Salman Energy Park inks USD150M contract for housing complex, workers’ village

    (MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Energy Park, recognized as SPARK, has inked a deal with a subsidiary of Abdullah M. Bin Saedan & Sons Real Estate Group to establish a USD150 million housing complex as well as workers’ village.

    The residential complex is going to be established in two stages, with the first stage projected to be finished within the next 3 years (2025) and is prepared to span an area of 30,000 sq. m, as reported in a press release.

    The workers’ village are going to be construct in three stages through an area of 110,000 sq. m, and is going to have more than 8,000 beds, with its initial stage also slated for completion in 2025.

    “We are delighted to partner with Bin Saedan to build a residential complex and workers’ village at SPARK. This partnership reinforces our commitment to create an environment where residents can work, play and live. It will allow tenants to safely lodge their employees in amenities that offer the highest quality of services, elevating the investor experience at SPARK,” in line with SPARK leader and chief executive Saif Al Qahtani.
