Iran's shipment to Turkey rises 19 percent last year
(MENAFN) The worth of Iran’s shipment to neighboring Turkey saw a surge of 19 percent to amount to USD3.35 billion last year, as shown by the most recent data issued by the Turkish Statistical Institute.
Turkey had shipped in more than USD2.82 billion value of goods from the Islamic Republic two years ago (2021).
According to the stated figures, Iran’s imports from the nations also saw an 11 percent increase to reach an amount of USD3.07 billion in the last year, the rise in accumulated on a yearly basis, when the number stood at USD2.77 billion.
As shown by the Turkish Statistical Institute, the exchange among the two nations has recorded a 15 percent jump last year.
The worth of exchange among the two nations amounted to USD6.42 billion last year, whereas the number reached an amount of USD5.59 billion in the year before.
Iran's exchange balance with Turkey has been USD280 million positive in favor of Iran in 2022.
