    Jordan's potash exports decline in 11 months

    (MENAFN) A report issued by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) showed that revenues of Jordan's exports of potash in the first eleven months of last year dropped to $425.14 million from $649 million during the corresponding period of 2008, Petra news agency reported. The report explained that the decline was due to a 15.7 percent rise in prices and a 43.5 percent decrease in exported quantities. India, Indonesia, China accounted for 82.4 percent of the kingdom total potash exports, the data showed.
