    Iran to boost ties with Egypt

    (MENAFN) The Iranian deputy minister of industry, mine, and trade, Ahmad Khademolmelleh, said that Iran is ready to boost economic and industrial relations with Egypt in terms of food and other vital sectors in both countries, reported Tehran Times. The deputy minister also said that Iran is ready for cooperation with Egypt in food industry, transportation and tourism sectors. He stressed that Iran is eager to cooperate in other fields and sectors, the thing that would guarantee benefit for both sides. Khademolmelleh added that Iran is looking for exporting goods, launching joint production lines and transferring technology, all that are considered the main pivots of developing economic and industrial relations between the two countries. Khademolmelleh said that his country is keen to cooperate with Egypt concerning developing food industries and transferring food industry technologies. In addition, Iran has also the potential for expansion of cooperation with Egypt in the rail, sea, and road transportation sectors.
