Dubai downtown rents up 100 percent in 2013

(MENAFN) propertyfinder.ae said that downtown Dubai Rents soared by over 100 percent in some cases last year as the the real estate market continued to rebound, Arabian Business reported. The UAE property portal said that the prices increased from its latest findings from, and also recorded a seven percent drop for Palm Jumeirah studio rents. It also said that Dubai Marina rents increased 36 percent increase over the year.
