Russia to strengthen trade ties with GCC countries

(MENAFN) The Russian Business Council (RBC) has shown interest in strengthening trade relations with GCC countries in the Russia-GCC Business Forum that will be held in Dubai, according to Arab News. RBC Chairman Igor Egorov said: "This forum is a remarkable step toward the development of the already thriving business ties, which has led to signing a memorandum of investment worth $5 billion to establish partnerships in Russian infrastructure projects in 2013." The council also plans to attract more investors and business leaders into the joint business field in order to strengthen economic ties.
