Dubai's Emaar sells apartments at USD680 psf

(MENAFN) Emaar Properties, Dubai's largest developer, has sold serviced apartments in Vida Residence Downtown Dubai at about USD680 per square foot (psf) on Saturday, according to Emirates 24/7. Emaar registered agent said: "The average sales price was Dh2,500 psf, but first customers were offered units at Dh2,200 psf. We were told that the tower will be completed in May 2018." Vida Residence Downtown Dubai includes 320 units, with different sizes of apartments that include one-, two-, three-, and four "bedrooms.
