Dubai's Emaar launches mega development in Downtown Dubai

(MENAFN) Master developer Emaar Properties has constructed the new mega development "Boulevard Point" in Downtown Dubai, according to Emirates 24/7. "Boulevard Point" contains 297 one- to three-bedroom residences, and will be offered for sale to discerning investors on January 25, 2014. Emaar described the project: "Boasting a lifestyle that is privy to a select few, "Boulevard Point" is designed to reflect the diversity and vibrancy of Downtown Dubai, with stone countertops, pendant lights, and glass paneling implemented to enhance each living space with a tasteful, modern aesthetic."
