UAE's du profit falls 43 percent in Q4

(MENAFN) Net profit of the United Arab Emirates' No.2 telecom operator du has dropped 43 percent in the fourth quarter of 2013, according to Arabian Business. The company's profit was estimated at USD155.18 million in the fourth quarter of 2013 compared to USD270.54 million in the same quarter of 2012. Revenue in the fourth quarter increased 8.3 percent to reach USD781 million compared to the same period in 2012. Annual revenue boosted by 9.7 percent during the period reaching USD2.939 billion.
