Omani fund to support small and medium units to be deployed

(MENAFN) Oman's SME Development Fund is to deploy fund to support small and medium units by April, Times of Oman reported. The first tranche of the fund is fully subscribed and investors of the private placement have put in 50 per cent as call money. A source on the sidelines of an SME conference said: "As many as 12 investors have put their money. We did not exercise the green shoe option."
