Dubai's Range Development in deal for Dominica hotel

(MENAFN) Dubai's Range Developments Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to build a luxury brand hotel in the Commonwealth of Dominica, Arabian Business reported. The Dubai-based developer said that it reached an agreement with hotel brand Kempinski for a partnership in the venture. Vice chairman of Range Developments said: "We look forward to bringing an ultra-luxury branded five star hotel to the Commonwealth of Dominica and realizing the Commonwealth of Dominica's ambition to become a luxury destination for tourism in the coming years." The hotel, to be built in the north of the holiday island, is to have up to 125 rooms.
