    Iraq's oil exports drop in Jan.

    (MENAFN) The Iraqi oil ministry said that oil exports in the country declined last month as a result of bad weather and sabotage by militants, The Peninsula Qatar reported. The country's oil exports dropped to 69.1 million barrels, or an average of 2.22 million barrels per day (bpd), down from 72.6 million barrels in December at an average of 2.34 million bpd. Oil revenue also dropped to USD7.07 billion in January from USD7.32 billion in the month before it. The oil minister said that exports in the south were hit by bad weather, while the exports from the north were damaged by militants.
