Abu Dhabi Airport passengers up 14.5 percent

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi International Airport passenger increased 14.5 percent in January versus the corresponding month a year before, Arabian Business reported. Passenger statistics reveal that the number increased to 1,564,266 in month, up from 1,366,433 in January last year. The top five routes from the airport during January were Bangkok, Jeddah, Doha, Manila and London Heathrow. Chief operations officer at Abu Dhabi Airports said: "Abu Dhabi International Airport's passenger growth continues to display a positive trend for the international aviation industry."
