Dubai's Deyaar registers USD136m in sales at new project

(MENAFN) Deyaar Development said that it sold all its residential units at the new Dubai development in the Business Bay district, Arabian Business reported. Deyaar has gained USD136 million through the sales for The Atria project within hours of opening. CEO of Deyaar Development said: "Today's event validates Deyaar's capability to launch and develop projects that respond to existing market needs and provide exceptional value to customers." Deyaar's net profit in 2013 hit USD42.1 million versus a profit of USD10.5 in the year before it.
