ABB wins USD110 m order from Saudi

(MENAFN) Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has awarded ABB, a leading power and automation technology group, a USD110 million worth order Arab News. The project aims to link the Taif East Governorate, a part of the Makkah region, to the national 380 kilovolt (kV) transmission grid. Claudio Facchin, head of ABB"s Power Systems division, said: "We are privileged to continue supporting the development of Saudi Arabia"s power infrastructure."
