Dubai hotels log highest Feb occupancy in 7 years

(MENAFN) STR data show that Dubai Hotels logged the highest February occupancy rates since 2007 last month, Arabian Business reported. The preliminary February data also show that Dubai had positive revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth. The data also reveals a 6.3 percent in supply and a 7.1 percent increase in demand. Occupancy in the emirate's hotels increased 0.7 percent to 88.6 percent while also registering a 10.7 percent increase in average daily rate (ADR)
