Omantel to commence second phase of IPO on Mar 31

(MENAFN) The Omani Ministry of Finance announced that it plans for the second phase of Omantel's public offer of its shares on 31 March 2014, Times of Oman reported. The company had recently successfully concluded the private placement of 71.25 million Omantel shares to Omani individuals and institution. The public offer will be directed towards Omani individuals and is at a fixed price of USD3.5 per share.
