Saudi Cayan Group launches new subsidiary

(MENAFN) Cayan Group, developer of Dubai"s twisting Cayan Tower, said it has opened a real estate sales and property management subsidiary in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, according to Arabian Business. The new subsidiary is expected to capitalize on both booming markets. The opening of subsidiary came at a time when both countries' real estate sectors are still unstable, the company said. Cayan Group chairman Ahmed Alhatti said: "The market is buzzing with potential buyers and investors."
