Dubai property prices exceed 2008 peak

(MENAFN) A report by Jones Lang LaSalle said that Dubai property prices have exceeded the peaks reached in 2008 in some areas, Arabian Business reported. The report said that the residential market maintained momentum at an average price increase of 33 percent year-on-year. The report said: "While the market remains shy of its 2008 peaks in most locations, prices in some areas have now reached peak levels."
