UAE's Hakkasan signs joint venture with MGM

(MENAFN) Hakkasan Group, the UK based hospitality company Abu Dhabi-based investment firm Tasameem Real Estate LLC, has recently signed a joint venture hotel management company with MGM Resorts International, according to Arabian Business. MGM will be responsible for designing, developing and managing luxury non-gaming hotels, resorts and residential offerings. All of the hotel and resort projects currently under development by each group will be involved in the joint venture. Hakkasan also plans to start constructing a new luxury resort on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah island this year.
