Shares sold to foreign investors in Dubai hit USD1.5b in value

(MENAFN) Value of shares bought by foreign investors in Dubai from May 18 to 22, 2014 was estimated at USD1.470 billion, while value of stocks they sold reached USD1.497 billion, according to the Emirates 24/7. Value of shares bought by foreigner investors comprised 50 percent of the total value of stocks traded during the period, while value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period represented 51 percent of stocks traded during the period. Net institutional investment on the market was estimated at USD49.38 million during the period, as an aggregate sell.
