Bahraini Al Kooheji invests in new residential developments

(MENAFN) Al Kooheji Group, a Bahraini real estate developer, plans to invest in two new residential developments in Juffair, according to Gulf Daily News. The group's new project in Juffair with its newly launched Fontana Gardens project is almost fully sold. Royal Ambassador sales and business development general manager Eman Al Mannai said: "The Fontana Suites project comprises 378 'affordable luxury' apartments and will cost USD79.12 million to build with work expected to start in June this year."
