Nakheel signs joint venture with E&V

(MENAFN) Nakheel and the world-leading, Germany-based real estate brokerage company Engel and V'lkers (E&V) have signed a Letter of Intent to launch a new company specialized in selling and leasing properties in Dubai, according to Khaleej Times. The joint venture aims to bring together Nakheel's Dubai real estate expertise and E&V's long-standing international brokerage experience and offer professional services to their customers and diverse property-related business activities. Nakheel chairman Ali Rashed Lootah said: "This exciting joint venture is a natural progression for Nakheel and the Dubai real estate sector."
