Dubai's Nakheel signs deal with Shangri-La Hotels

(MENAFN) Dubai master developer Nakheel has signed a letter of intent with Hong Kong-based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts for a new mega project Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, according to the Emirates 24/7. Under the deal, the two parties will manage a luxury hotel in The Palm Tower, which is a new five-star hotel and residential complex located at the heart of Palm Jumeirah. The Palm Tower will include 504 high-end, furnished apartments and a luxury hotel, with 290-rooms and suites, occupying the first 18 floors of the building.
