UAE's Al Ruwad to build eight plots at Al Jaddaf

(MENAFN) Al Ruwad Real Estate Consultants plans to establish eight plots in the Al Jaddaf area for investors in the hospitality industry, according to Arabia Business. The new plots, which extend over 250.000 feet plots of land, will include 3 or 4-star hotels with more than 2.200 hotel rooms. Al Ruwad Managing Director, Ismail Al Hammadi said: "As part of our many initiatives, we want to open the door for investors and economic activities of the small and medium enterprises to take an energetic role in the promotion of the real estate scene."
