UAE's NREC appoints mSquared as its USD1b project consultant

(MENAFN) National Real Estate Company (NREC) has awarded mSquared Shopping Centers a deal to become its consultant for The Reem Mall, according to Arabian Business. The new mall, which is a USD1 billion-worth shopping destination, is expected to be completed in 2018. UAE-based mSquared will provide The Reem Mall with retail development, leasing and asset management services. Shane Eldstrom, NREC's vice president - development, said: "The Reem Mall project is now in full swing and we are in the process of hiring and working with the best consultants and advisors."
