Dubai-based firms sign deals in building residential units

(MENAFN) The Dubai Fund for Financial Support and Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC) have recently signed a deal for retail developments, including hotels and residential units ahead of Expo 2020, according to Arabian Business. The first project will be located in Sheikh Zayed Road and will include the construction of a mall and residential complexes. Another project by DREC will include a number of hotels, residential units and hotel apartments, adding that the two parties have agreed a long term strategic partnership to develop land owned by the fund.
