Gulf Air, HP sign deal

(MENAFN) HP will cooperate with Gulf Air to supply the national carrier"s innovative enterprise information technology (IT) with a special focus on security and performance, according to Gulf Daily News. Gulf Air has already improved its IT operations, mainly the recent introduction of private cloud computing for quicker and more efficient business operations, which enhanced customer service. The airline has also adopted several "green IT" solutions, including a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient data centre that is recognised as one of the most environment-friendly in Bahrain.
