Dubai's Nakheel to construct USD10.89m development at Deira

(MENAFN) Dubai developer Nakheel plans to construct its new waterfront destination development at Deira Islands, according to Arabian Business. RSP Architects, Planners and Engineers as the design and supervision consultant for Deira Islands Mall, has been awarded the USD10.89 million contract to construct the new 620.000 square-meter retail, dining and entertainment development. Nakheel said that the mall will include over 200,000 square meter of leasable space, hundreds of shops, cinemas and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants.
