    Kuwaiti Al Mazaya plans USD326m Turkish mixed-use project

    (MENAFN) Kuwaiti Al Mazaya Holding, with its Turkish joint venture partners, is set to build a six-tower mixed use development in Istanbul, Arabian Business reported.

    The firm changed the name of the joint venture from Mazaya Turkey for Real Estate Investment Company to Ritim Istanbul Company, according to reports.

    The development, also nominated Ritim Istanbul, is valued at USD326 million and will constitute of 863 residential units, 363 office spaces and around 150 retail outlets.
