    Iran's exports to Uzbekistan register 60 percent rise compared with last year

    (MENAFN) According to a report by Eghtesadonline news website, in the first 8 months of the present Iranian year (March 21-Nov. 21), Iran exported commodities to Uzbekistan that value USD152 million.


    The Chairman of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran Hamid Zadboum said that, in comparison with last year's corresponding period, the figure registered a 60 percent increase.


    Some of Iran's main exports in the period under review were stone-cutting machines, cement, propane, glass sheets, construction stones and furniture, and Iran mostly imports cotton, yarn, potassium chloride, phosphate fertilizer and pinto beans from Uzbekistan.


    A trade system can assist improve trade among Iran and Uzbekistan, as said by Zadboum.
