    Turkey's electricity prices for today

    (MENAFN) Official figures showed that, in the day-ahead spot market for Saturday, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour will be 330.59 Turkish liras at 11:00 local time, and the minimum will be 199.90 liras at 05:00 local time.


    A climb of 5.2 percent to 128.80 million liras in comparison with Thursday was shown by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume.


    For the day-ahead spot market, the arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity is calculated as 297.10 liras and 301.85 liras, respectively.


    On the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday, the top electricity price was set as 330.80 Turkish liras at 17:00 local time, and the minimum was 153.97 liras at 04:00 local time.
