    US continues to hamper Iran's oil production

    Based on OPEC's most recent monthly report, Iran's production of oil witnessed a month-on-month decline by 9,000 barrels per day (bpd) from 2.095 million bpd to 2.086 million bpd in January.

    Mher News Agency recited that during the same period, Iran also saw a1.9-percent decrease in the average price of heavy oil from USD 63.8 in December 2019.

    Furthermore, it was mentioned in the report that average Iranian heavy crude price was USD 56.29 for 2019.

    US continued to lay pressures on Iran by impressing more penalties and sanctions in order to detach the country, the reason that explains the difficulties that Iranian industry of oil is going through.
