    Growth schemes launched at Yasouj Airport

    (MENAFN) Mohammad Eslami Iranian Transport and Urban Development Minister launched some growth schemes value 450 billion rials (more than 10 million USD) in Yasouj Airport in the southwestern Kohgiluyeh-Boyerahmad Province.

    ILNA accounted that Eslami was accompanied by the Siavash Amirmokri Head of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company and some of the talked about province's officials in the launch ceremony.

    The schemes incorporated the growth and enhancement of runways, conclusion of runway lighting, development of the fatal, conclusion of structures, and promotion of the security and prepared communications of the airport.

    As accounted the growth and development of runways and landing strip lighting costs were predictable as 300 billion rials (regarding 7.14 million USD), with the completion of which the length of the runway has been enlarged from 2600 to 3200 meters and the runway's roadway classification figure (PCN) has as well enhanced from 26 to 46.
