    Turkish Hazelnut exports arrive at 33,471 tons in September

    (MENAFN) On Friday October 2 a regional trade union declared that Turkey's hazelnut exports arrived at 33,471 tons in September, losing as of 45,706 tons in the same month preceding year.

    The Black Sea Hazelnut and Products Exporters' Union accounted that Turkey made 229.25 million USD as of hazelnut exports in the first month of the hazelnut export season, which creates in September and finishes in August.

    In the similar month preceding season, hazelnut incomes were 293.33 million USD.

    The union's figures stated that 41 percent of the country's hazelnut exports were coursed goods value 90.5 million USD, whereas the rest were raw hazelnuts.
