    New Turkish companies increase 8.1 percent

    (MENAFN)According to the country’s top trade body, Turkey witnessed an 8.1 percent yearly increase in the number of newly found companies last month.

    The Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges stated that an amount of 11,329 companies were found in January, increased from 10,477 from the preceding year same period.

    Several 952 companies left business, decreased 55.5 percent from January last year.

    The figure of new foreign-partnered or foreign-funded companies came on at 935 in last month, decreased from some 1,100 in the preceding year same time span. Some 499 of those companies had Turkish partners, 60 had Iranian, while 33 had Syrian partners.
