    Middle East to preserve importance of embracing Bitcoin

    (MENAFN)According to a head of a UAE-based cryptocurrency platform, countries in the Middle East are witnessing the significance of acceptance Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as these digital assets gain more ground every day.

    BitOasis Chief Executive Officer Ola Doudin was quoted as saying that there was hopeful development in the Middle East where some governments are “really trying to be ahead of the curve and embracing this technology, as well as introducing frameworks that allow entrepreneurs and companies to thrive.”

    Strong financial results for the first six months of the current year were announced by as BitOasis, including trade rates that surpassed USD3 billion and a 200 percent improvement in its user base.
