Property capital value in Dubai soars amid economic recovery

(MENAFN) Based on real estate consultancy ValuStrat, Dubai’s villas and flats’ capital values are either “stabilised or improved” in last month as the Emirates economy recovers from the coronavirus pandemic.

The ValuStrat Price Index (VPI) for Dubai, which supervised 13 villa groups and 21 apartment zones in UAE, soared 12.6 per cent annually in October. It increased 1.8 per cent in October, from a 0.7 per cent growth in January.

VPI is a valuation-based index that follows alteration in capital values for a demonstrative stable basket of properties.

ValuStrat added in a report that “prices [are] heading for recovery as Cityscape opens doors to investors at the Expo 2020 site.”
