    Iran’s aluminum ingot output increased by 23 percent

    (MENAFN) According to Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), aluminum ingot manufacture in Iran increased 23 percent throughout the first seven months of the present Iranian calendar year (March 21-October 22), when compared to the corresponding period of 2020.

    The nation’s seven-month aluminum ingot production amounted at 305,101 tons, whereas the number was 247,335 tons in the same time frame of last year.

    Aluminum ingot output in Iran jumped 61 percent in the last Iranian calendar year 1399 (ended on March 20), up from previous year’s numbers, as stated by IMIDRO earlier.

    The nation’s aluminum ingot manufacture remained at 446,800 tons during last year.
