    Iranian private sectors inks deal with government to construct 1m residential units

    (MENAFN) The Iranian private sector’s mass construction corporations will ink agreements with the government with the purpose of constructing one million budget-friendly residences within the agenda of the National Housing Action Plan.

    According to the IRNA report, the firms are going to hand over a recommended strategy in this matter to Transport and Urban Development Ministry to be studied in a matter of a week.

    The previous week, Transport and Urban Development Minister Rostam Qasemi hosted a gathering with agents of mass construction corporations to talk about information of future collaboration. In the meeting, he declared that the government’s aid for the private sector stockholders who aim to go into the construction market.

    Iraj Rahbar, the deputy head of Mass Construction Association has stated back in August that the nation’s contractors are proficient in building one million residential units within a year if the required cash and land is given.
