    Local investment of Saudi PIF in 2021 amounts at USD22.4b

    (MENAFN) On Sunday Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince stated that the country’s Public Investment Fund invested SR84 billion (USD22.4 billion) regionally during this year and is aiming to invest another SR150 billion (about USD39.9) in the upcoming year.

    According to Saudi Press Agency citing the crown prince saying, the country is generating profits from different funds and boosting expenditure competence during the same time.

    The Crown Price stated, Saudi Arabia in its budget for next year is dedicated to sustaining expenditure in accordance with its medium-term strategy declared the previous year.

    He also mentioned that the 2022 budget seeks to attain post-pandemic financial and economic goals for the nation.
