    Iran’s non-oil trade with neighboring countries amounts at USD33b

    (MENAFN) According to the spokesperson of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran’s non-oil trade with its bordering countries worth amounted at USD33 billion in the period from March 21 till November 21 of the present Iranian calendar year.

    Ruhollah Latifi set the weight of non-oil exchange with the bordering nations at 110.284 million tons during the mentioned time frame, and said that trade with the nearby countries amounted for 52 percent of worth and 62 percent of the weight of non-oil trade during the said time span.

    The official additionally mentioned that non-oil trade with the adjacent nations demonstrates 45 percent increase in worth and 19 percent increase in weight in comparison to the corresponding time frame of last year.

    As formerly declared by the IRICA head, the worth of Iran’s non-oil trade soared 40 percent in the period from March till November of the present Iranian calendar year, versus the equivalent time span of the previous year.
