    Aluminum ingot production of Iran jumps 24 percent

    (MENAFN) Iranian aluminum ingot output jumped 24 percent in the period from March 21, 2021 till January 20, 2022 of the present Iranian calendar year, in comparison to the corresponding time frame of the previous year.

    The nation’s aluminum ingot production during the mentioned period amounted at 453,436 tons, whereas the number stood at 364,783 tons during the corresponding time period of the past year.

    As formerly declared by Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO), the aluminum ingot output in Iran increased 61 percent in the past Iranian calendar year 1399 (ended on March 20, 2021), in comparison to the figure for the past year. The nation’s aluminum ingot production amounted at 446,800 tons in the last year.
