    Turkish Cargo delivers 335M inoculation shots worldwide last year

    (MENAFN) Turkish Cargo, a subsidiary of national flag transporter Turkish Airlines, supplied 335 million COVID-19 inoculation shots to 61 nations last year.

    According to Ahmet Bolat, chairman of the firm’s board and executive committee “By establishing a corridor between over 400 international destinations, we ensured that vaccines remained accessible for all.”

    Bolat went on “Especially considering the low number of carriers flying to Africa, Turkish Cargo had an important mission to make sure people there could have access to vaccines.”

    The firm held the highest figure of inoculation shots to Turkiye in 2021, then 100 million shots to Brazil.
