    Iran’s yearly exports to ASEAN member nations register increase of 33 percent

    (MENAFN) According to the portal of Trade Promotion Organization (TPO), Iran's exports worth to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member nations surged 33 percent in the last Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20) in comparison to the figure for the prior year.

    Based on Secretary of the TPO’s ASEAN Trade Promotion Desk Mohsen Rezaei-Pour, the Islamic Republic’s export to the stated union hit USD2.371 billion during the stated year.

    Reza-Pour expressed that Indonesia was the main export location for Iranian commodities amongst the ASEAN member countries in the past year, importing USD1.101 billion worth of goods.
