Saudi Arabia marks rebound in non-oil sector
(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia was able to accomplish a great recovery in its non-oil sector last month after the six-month low witnessed in the previous month.
Emirates NBD found a boost in the Emirates NBD UAE Purchasing Managers' Index to stand at 55.2 in November, compared to the 53.8 registered in October.
The lender also showed a decline in the year-to-date activity from the figure seen last year during the first eleven months.
It added: "helping drive the upturn was stronger demand for goods and services. The main impetus continued to come from the domestic market, with new export orders rising only marginally and at a much slower rate than total new business."
