Financial Planning and Control is one of the Bank’s core functions, with responsibilities that include:

 Financial accounting and reporting
     Formulating accounting policies and maintaining records, producing financial statements, and Central Bank of Bahrain reporting.

 Internal controls and reconciliation
     Checking and monitoring that Bank policies are  adhered to, and reconciliation of erroneous transactions.

 Business planning and management accounting
     Developing corporate strategy and annual budgets, analyzing and guiding the Bank’s performance, and manage funds transfer pricing process
     and reporting the to the Assets and Liabilities Management Committee.
